Parsabad is a city in the Iranian province of Ardabil, located in the north of the country near the border with Azerbaijan. It is the capital of Parsabad County, and is known for its mineral springs, which are a popular tourist attraction. It is also located close to the famous Moghan Wetlands, an important stopover for migrating birds. The city has a population of around 20,000 people and is home to a number of universities and colleges.
